Athlete of the week achievement: Harris fired a two-hit shutout with seven strikeouts and no walks in Philipsburg-Osceola’s 4-0 win over Bald Eagle Area in the District 6 Class AA softball championship. She also went 1-for-3 with a double and two RBIs.

Season update: Philipsburg-Osceola is 21-2 and plays Steel Valley in the first round of the state playoffs today.
