Athlete of the week achievement: Crook set a school record in winning the 3200-meter run and also won the 1600 run and 3200 relay in wins over Juniata Valley and McConnellsburg. She also won the 1600 run and placed third in the 3200 run, re-setting her school record, at the Altoona Igloo Invitational.

Season update: Crook’s top times are 5:28.74 in the 1600 and 11:52.46 in the 3200.
