Athlete of the week achievement: Easter won the silver medal in the 120-pound weight class in the PIAA Class AA Wrestling Championships in Hershey.

Season update: Easter finished 36-3 and earned his third PIAA medal after finishing fifth as a freshman and sixth as a sophomore. He was the Bisons’ first state finalist since 2001.

Coach Brian Creps’ quote: “Ryan had a really great weekend. He’s a great kid who does well in school and is never in trouble. That’s all you want in good athletes. When the tournament was over, we were in the back of the arena, and he still had a big smile on his face because he knew he gave it everything he had.”
