Athlete of the week achievement: Flaugh won the gold medal in the 200-yard freestyle event in the District 6 Class AA Championships. She also earned silvers in the 500 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay.

Season update: Flaugh will compete in the 200 freestyle at states in two weeks. Her time of 2:00.69 at districts was a school record and personal best.
