Guilfoyle rolls past Carroll

EBENSBURG — Marey Stayer and Maddie Smith combined for 13 saves in net to help Bishop Guilfoyle shut out Bishop Carroll in its season opener Thursday in high school girls soccer action.

Lainey Farabaugh led the Lady Marauders with four goals and two assists, while Aurielle Brunner scored three goals.

Gretta Levine had two goals and an assist for BG, while Rachel Nosek and Daniella Scipioni each had a goal and assist.
