Sheehan’s hit lifts ERA Sports

Carter Sheehan’s walk-off single lifted ERA Sports to a 9-8 victory over McMullen Furniture and a Lowey playoff series victory Saturday in Altoona Teener League play at Seitz Field.

Bryce Eberhart and Ethan Karageanes each had two RBIs for ERA, and Carson Kensinger drove in four runs and had three hits for McMullen.

SHAG! defeated M&T Bank, 15-11, to even its Deremer Division playoff series in Altoona Teener League action Friday.

The teams combined for 28 hits, and Zach Manna had four of those for SHAG! with three RBIs. Xander Bainey had three hits and drove in five runs for M&T Bank.

Garret Rossman singled and tripled for three RBIs as ReMax Realty rallied in the eighth for a win over Barton’s Plumbing & Heating in George B. Kelley Federation action at Mansion Park Friday night.

Nate Belardi had two strikeouts and a walk in the win. Sebastian Noel had two RBIs for ReMax, which picked up its second win of the season.

Barton’s slipped to 9-6.
