Ridge’s Milliron, C-K’s Walters throw no-hitters

NEW PARIS — Atlanta Milliron threw a no-hitter with eight strikeouts and one walk for Chestnut Ridge, and Makayla Weyant collected her 100th career hit in a 14-0 win over Richland in Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference high school softball action on Thursday.

Weyant was 3-for-3 with a home run, three RBIs and also scored three Lady Lion runs. Milliron, Lauryn Calhoun and Alex Dunlap each drove in two runs for Ridge.
