Why I picked Point Park: “The coaching staff was the major reason. The coaches were all humorous, down to earth, and were willing to do anything to help you succeed. The current roster talked to me about the university and the baseball program. After experiencing that, it seemed to be a great fit for me.”
Greatest high school achievement: “When I earned “Defensive Player of the Year”.”
Coach Ray Berger’s quote: “He shows enthuasiam. He is a great team player. He is pretty much a role model to the younger kids, an all-around good guy. I can’t say anything bad about him. He will do real well in school. He has a great mind-set for the game.”
How I got my start playing baseball: “I started playing T-Ball in Patton, under Coach Hoover.”

What getting to play in college means to me: “An opportunity to play the sport I love and earn my degree.”

Why I picked UPJ: “UPJ was one of the first schools to reach out to me. When I visited there, the coaches and basketball team members were very kind and I felt very accepted. I loved the campus and knew that I could definitely see myself attending school there in the future. It is a great school academically for the major that I plan on pursuing.”
Greatest high school achievement: “Being a part of the transformation of Bedford basketball, going from having a record of 8-140 to having three straight winning seasons and making it to three district final appearances.”
Coach Mark Dillow’s quote: “Lindsay is pretty resilient and she stays focused. She is a ballplayer. She knows how to play the game. As far as the next level, she will do well with a good balance of other players, who will enhance her ability to shoot. She will have help around her to allow her to do what she does best.”
How I got my start playing basketball: “My parents started a team for my older sister when I was in third grade, and so I played on the team as well. I fell in love with the sport immediately and have played ever since.”

What getting to play in college means to me: “God has blessed me with this opportunity to play in college, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Throughout all my years of playing, this was exactly what I was working so hard for, and I have finally achieved my goal. I am so excited for the future memories and experiences that I will make playing basketball.”
