2017 Mirror softball all-stars

FIRST TEAM
Lindsey Fasolo C Sr. Altoona
Notable: Provided the Lady Lions with power behind the plate, hitting four homers and driving in 19 runs in 19 games. Finished with a .339 batting average.
Maggie Peck 1B Sr. Philipsburg-Osceola
Notable: Became Lady Mounties’ career home run leader, hitting 11 as a senior to finish with 22. Returning first-teamer also clubbed eight doubles, scored 35 runs.
Jenna Ritchey 2B Jr. Central
Notable: Run-producer who drove in 27 while batting .412 for the Lady Dragons. Hit for plenty of power with nine doubles and four triples.
Mikayla Focht SS Sr. Hollidaysburg
Notable: Three-time Mirror first-teamer and Saint Francis recruit was batting .533 with two homers before her tragic death five games into season.
Olivia Smith SS Jr. Central
Notable: One of the area’s quickest players also hit three homers and five doubles for Lady Dragons. Batted .476 and scored 33 runs.
Keyara Morgan 3B Sr. Claysburg-Kimmel
Notable: Reached 100-hit mark late in year, finishing with 107 for career. Batted .494 with 11 doubles, four triples, 28 runs and 20 RBIs.
Maddie Lucas OF So. Philipsburg-Osceola
Notable: Had a breakthrough season in which she belted eight home runs, 14 extra-base hits and a remarkable OPS of 1.617.
Makenzie Lukehart OF Jr. Glendale
Notable: All-ICC and District 6 center fielder batted .452, with eight doubles, two homers and scored 38 runs while driving in 17.
Saige McElwain OF Sr. Bellwood-Antis
Notable: All-ICC North player ranked among the regional leaders with six home runs this season. Also had four doubles and knocked in 23 runs.
Kat Cox DP Sr. Cambria Heights
Notable: Makes second first-team appearance after finishing a career that saw her record 107 hits and 92 RBIs. Batted .446 this year with three homers.
Sydney Reffner UT Jr. Everett
Notable: Athletic Lady Warrior shortstop hit .487 with 29 runs and fielded .948. ICC South and Sideling Hill all-star reached base 52.9 percent of the time.
Kameryn Harris RHP So. Philipsburg-Osceola
Notable: Did it with her arm (16-1 pitching record, 1.24 ERA, 104 strikeouts) and her bat (six homers, four doubles, 26 RBIs) as Lady Mounties made state semis.
Lexi Mulhollen RHP So. Glendale
Notable: Moves up from the second team after leading Lady Vikings to first district title since 1992 by going 16-4 with a 2.50 ERA and 115 strikeouts and hitting seven homers.
Jacie Martin RHP Jr. Everett
Notable: In first year as Lady Warriors’ starter, put up a 16-4 record with 160 strikeouts in 134 innings in the circle. Finished with a 1.31 ERA.
Casey Reese RHP So. Penn Cambria
Notable: Went 13-2 with a 1.83 ERA, tossing a one-hitter, a two-hitter and two three-hitters. Also helped her own cause with a .487 batting average.
