Central rallies to nip Philipsburg-Osceola

H.S. softball

MARTINSBURG — Jenna Ritchey had a pair of triples, and Olivia Smith had four hits as Central rallied past Philipsburg-Osceola, 7-6, in a battle of Mountain League unbeatens Tuesday in high school softball.

The Lady Dragons scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to tie the game and won it in the bottom of the eighth.

Kamryn Harris and Madison Lucas homered for the Lady Mounties.
