MILL HALL — The Hollidaysburg Area High School baseball team won its season opener on Wednesday over Central Mountain, 9-3.

Hollidaysburg raced to a 9-0 lead in the first two innings, with John Servello (one), Lennox Pugh (three), Tyler Treese (three) and Logan Margroum (two) combining for nine RBIs. Treese and Pugh each hit doubles for the Tigers.

Nolan Walters earned the win.

Mustang pitchers Nathan Teno and Noah Kerch combined for six strikeouts, with five different Mustangs scoring on the afternoon.
