Athlete of the week achievement: Long took first in the 100-yard breaststroke with a school-record time of 59.96 seconds at the Bucknell Invitational. He also won all of his events during two Hollidaysburg dual-meet wins and set a Hollidaysburg pool record of 1:01.24 in the 100 breaststroke.

Season update: Long has not lost while competing in multiple events. Hollidaysburg is 4-0.
