Mirenda propels Altoona

Kristian Mirenda scored four goals to help Altoona dominate Tyrone, 7-1, in high school boys soccer at Mansion Park on Saturday afternoon.

Danny Cowan added two goals and an assist, and Ryan Good scored the Lions’ first goal just 14 seconds into the game. Altoona improved to 2-2.

Bobby Dawson scored for Tyrone (2-1).
