WILLIAMSBURG – Bellwood-Antis scored 16 runs in the fourth inning as the Blue Devils defeated Williamsburg, 17-4, in five innings in high school baseball on Wednesday.

Chad Luensmann and Tanner Snyder each had three RBIs for Bellwood as it improved to 13-2.

ROARING SPRING – Josh McKnight tossed a three-hitter, striking out 11 batters in five innings, to lead unbeaten Spring Cove to a 13-4 junior high school baseball victory over Claysburg-Kimmel.

Spring Cove (8-0) got a double, triple and three RBIs from Chase Smith, and two hits, two RBIs, and two runs scored from Hunter Liebal. Claysburg-Kimmel is 6-2.

Altoona Teener Minor

Michael Berish, Tyler Volkommer and Dan Ramsey combined to no-hit McMullen Furniture, as Gingrich Insurance won, 7-2, in Altoona Teener Minor action.

n Justin McCoy had two hits and two RBIs and Josh Yasulitis added three RBIs as Altoona Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center defeated Burgmeier Hauling, 12-5.

Trevor Miller added three hits and three RBIs for Burgmeier.
