Fudge

3 sticks margarine

1 18-ounce jar peanut butter

4 teaspoons vanilla

2-pound bag powdered sugar

Melt margarine and peanut butter in slow cooker (about 20 minutes). Unplug slow cooker. Add vanilla; stir in powdered sugar until lump is formed. Spread into 9-by-13-inch pan. Cool and cut.

If you want chocolate fudge, add 7 tablespoons cocoa.

Serves 15.
