The Blair Bedford Central Labor Council will hold its annual Labor Day parade in downtown Altoona on Saturday morning.
The parade will start at Green Avenue and Ninth Street.
The route follows Green Avenue to 11th Avenue past the Veterans Mall before dispersing at 15th Street.
The parade kicks off at 10 a.m., led by the various police units, the International Association of Fire Fighters Honor Guard, Altoona Fire Department, Altoona Area High School band and dozens of local unions with floats and marchers, Bob Kutz, council president, said.
Also participating in the parade will be the Bombshells and Pams Chargers and many heavy vehicles from the city, township and state.
There will be candy for children watching the parade and giveaways from union members, as well.
