Altoona Alliance Church, 3220 Pleasant Valley Blvd. - 7 a.m. Sonrise service, followed by a fellowship breakfast. A second service will be held at 10:45 a.m. when the choir will present the Easter cantata, "Mercy Came Running."

The Oasis of Love, 10991 Station Road, Huntingdon - 9 a.m. breakfast and egg hunt for children followed by Resurrection celebration. Worship, praise and music and the ministry of God's word in celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
First Church of the Brethren, 510 Fifth St. - 8 a.m., early service; 10:35 a.m. worship service with the cantata "Behold the Man." Choir director for the cantata is Jane Musser with Claude Fabinyi as organist and Jean Geist as pianist.
Juniata Church of the Brethren, 306 N. Ninth Ave. - 7 a.m. sunrise service with the Rev. Paul Johnson delivering the message. Theme is "Good News from the Dead." Musical selections will feature Les Nearhoof, soloist Nancy Robinson and organist Esther Wharton. Breakfast will be served. Sunday school at 9:15 a.m. A second service will be at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Robert Wharton's message, "New Life from the Tomb," based on Luke 24.
The Hollidaysburg and Twenty-eighth Street Churches of the Brethren - 7 a.m. joint sunrise service for the two congregations at the Hollidaysburg site, 1028 Penn St. The sunrise service will include drama and contemporary and traditional hymn singing. Breakfast will be served after worship.
Hollidaysburg Church of the Brethren, 1028 Penn St., Hollidaysburg - 9:30 a.m. with Pastor Marlys A. Hershberger.
Twenty-eighth Street Church of the Brethren, 2800 Union Ave. - 10:30 a.m. with interim Pastor Janet Sell.
Woodbury Church of the Brethren, 4359 Woodbury Pike, Woodbury - 9:25 am. The choir will lead the congregation through choral selections and the singing of Easter hymns. Pastor Larry Graybill will give the message.
Manns Choice Church of God, 6150 Allegheny Road, Manns Choice - 6:45 a.m. sunrise service at the East Beach of Shawnee State Park. A free breakfast will follow at the church's fellowship center.
St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 806 13th St. - 8 and 10:15 a.m. Eucharist. After the second service, an Easter egg hunt will be held for children through sixth grade.
Spring of Hope Community Church, 605 Burns Ave. - 9 a.m. gathering and fellowship time; 10 a.m. worship with contemporary music. It will be the first event in the church's new meeting house.
First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1401 12th Ave. - 10 a.m. a festive celebration of Jesus' resurrection and promise of new life.
Geeseytown-Newry Lutheran Parish - 6:30 a.m. sunrise service at Geeseytown Parish, 462 Route 22, Hollidaysburg; 8:30 a.m. festival service at Newry Parish, 1030 Shamrock Lane, Newry; and 10:15 a.m. festival service at Geeseytown Parish.
Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, 2266 Kettle Road (Sinking Valley) - 7 a.m. Ken Hirth will be in charge of worship. Breakfast will be served after the service.
St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 115 E. Penn St., Martinsburg - 10:30 a.m., Festival of the Resurrection of the Lord.
Simpson-Temple United Parish, 2212 Sixth Ave., will hold a service of Word and Holy Communion at 9:15 a.m. with gathering music at 9 a.m. Nursery services and children's church are available. An Easter egg hunt for children ages 10 and younger will be held after the service.
St. James Lutheran Church, 1407 Eighth Ave. - 10:45 a.m Communion.
Asbury United Methodist Church, 1341 Grandview Road, - 6:30 a.m. at the Asbury Pavilion with breakfast to follow in the church hall. The traditional Easter service will be held at 9 a.m. in the church.
Calvary United Methodist Church, 607 N. Fourth St., Bellwood - 7 a.m. sunrise service and 9 a.m. service with Holy Communion.
Greenwood United Methodist Church, 1505 E. Walton Ave. - 7 a.m. sunrise service, celebration of the Resurrection; special vocal and instrumental music; 8 a.m. brunch in the fellowship hall; 9 a.m. service with special music and baptism. Duane Coy is the pastor.
Hicks Memorial United Methodist Church, 1211 Third Ave., Duncansville - 6:30 a.m. sunrise service; 7:30 a.m. breakfast; 8:15 and 10:45 a.m.and 6 p.m. services.

First Presbyterian Church of Hollidaysburg, 601 Walnut St., Hollidaysburg - 9 a.m. in the chapel and 10:15 a.m. in the sanctuary.
Providence Presbyterian Church, 2401 Broad Ave. - 6:30 a.m. sunrise service, followed by a continental breakfast from 7:30 to 10 a.m.; 9 a.m. Sunday school; 10:15 a.m., celebration of the Resurrection of the Lord service.
Ward Avenue Presbyterian Church, Ward and Coleridge avenues - 10:45 a.m. with special music to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus.
St. John's Reformed Church, 906 Maple Ave., Hollidaysburg, - 7 a.m. informal service and 9 a.m. traditional service, both with Communion and music by the chancel choir. The Rev. David Haydu's message is "The Question That Never Goes Away." A coffee hour will be held between services.
Faith United Church of Christ, 711 Seventh Ave. - 10:45 a.m. service with Holy Communion will be celebrated. No Sunday school. Easter breakfast will be served at 9:15 a.m. The church is handicapped-accessible.
