Patsie L. (Wolfe) Gathagan, 73, of the Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg, died early Sunday morning at the home.
She was born in Doylesburg, daughter of the late Sylvester E. and Mae E. (Hockenberry) Wolfe.
Surviving are two daughters: Teresa A. (Scott) Bittengle of Bellefonte and Linda Kay (Jack) Williamson of Jefferson, Md.; four grandchildren: Jordin, Cole, Kristin and Dustin; two brothers: Donald A. Wolfe of Sinking Valley and Charles E. Wolfe of Altoona; four sisters: Pauline M. Hopkins and C. Jean Riley, both of Bellwood, Stella A. Rutherford of Tipton and Deborah A. Lamarre of Strongsville, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Albert J. "Abe" Wolfe.
Patsie retired as an information hostess for the Welcome Center division of the state of Pennsylvania.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral service on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home Inc., Bellwood, the Rev. Sharon Erb officiating. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patsie's memory may be made to Allegheny Lutheran Social Ministries, Hollidaysburg.
