Eleanor Frances (Ingalsbe) Lytle, 71, formerly of Duncansville, died Feb. 7, 2014, at her home in Collierville, Tenn.
She was born in Kingston, N.Y., daughter of the late Ward Warren and Margaret (O'Connor) Ingalsbe.
Surviving are three daughters: Margaret K. Lowitzer (James), Rebecca L. Kraftson (Torry) and Elizabeth L. Napoli (Michael); a son, Charles E.; nine grandchildren; a sister, Margaret I. Moonan; and a brother, Ward W. Ingalsbe Jr. (Anne).
Ellie graduated from Keuka College in June 1964 with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education. She worked at the Home Nursing Agency in Altoona prior to retiring from the Presbyterian Church, where she served as a director of Christian education. She was a deacon with Germantown Presbyterian Church and a member of the Presbyterian Women, Faith Quilters and Cotton Patchers Quilting Club.
Ellie was a great friend to many and will be remembered for her joyful spirit.
A memorial service is planned for 11 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Old Dutch Church, Kingston, N.Y., the Rev. Linda Jaberg officiating. Burial will follow at Wiltwyk Cemetery.
