Dolores Mae Conrad, 88, Tipton, died Friday at her residence.
She was born in Tyrone, daughter of George and Laura Mae (Hand) Rutledge. She was twice married, first to James Grager on July 31, 1945, in Hagerstown, Md.; he died Nov. 11, 1967. She then married Charles Conrad on Oct. 3, 1981, in Tipton, and he died Jan. 30, 1982.
Surviving are two sons: Ronald Grager and wife, Linda, of Tipton and James Grager Jr. of Tipton; five daughters: Alona Dougherty and husband, Patrick, of Riggles Gap, Bonnie Mundy and husband, Earl, of Rising Sun, Md., Cindy Weber and friend, Harold Webster, of Fostoria, Darla Grager of Tipton and Tina Dillen and husband, Larry, of Coalport; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert; and two sisters: Peggy Boonie and Betty Friday.
Dolores retired in 1981 from Servimation, Altoona, as a machine attendant after 10 years service. She was a member of the Grazierville Gang, and she loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2014, and from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Monday, March 17, 2014, at Feller Memorial Home, Tyrone, the Rev. Dan Woodring officiating. Interment will follow at Blair Memorial Park.
