Thomas I. Myers, 60, Duncansville, passed away Friday at UPMC Altoona.
He was born in Indiana, Pa., son of the late William C. Sr. and Garnet (Mitchell) Myers. He married Tammy L. McCloskey.
Surviving are his wife of 38 years; a son, Thomas James; two sisters: Cindy Shaw and Karen Snowberger and husband, Mike; and a brother, William Jr. and wife, Sue.
Thomas served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. He and his wife owned and operated T & T Myers Trucking, where he was a driver contracted with FedEx Ground.
Thomas was a member of ABATE motorcycle club, Hollidaysburg. He enjoyed life, being with his family, his pet dogs, driving truck, riding his motorcycle and hunting.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the 1 p.m. funeral service Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, by the Rev. Jaime G. Olson. Interment will be at Dry Run Cemetery with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Disabled American Veterans.
