Sarah C. Lawson, 90, Dysart, passed away Wednesday at The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg.
She was born in Dysart, daughter of the late Peter Baxter and Helen (Yasho) Lawson.
Surviving are three nieces, five nephews and many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
She was the last of her immediate family, having been preceded in death by five sisters: Edythe Robson, Agnes B. Lawson, Helen Rothschild, Mary Lawson and Virginia Scotese; and two brothers: Robert Edward and John T. Lawson.
Sarah retired from the filament department of GTE-Philips in 1988 after 40 years of service. She was of the Methodist faith and a member of the Sylvania Quarter Century Club. She enjoyed gardening, working on her farm and doing crossword puzzles.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
