Bridesmaids were Heather Harris and Gretta Ghaner, cousins of the bride; and Lauri Andrews.
Isabelle and Karly Ghaner, cousins of the bride, were flower girls.
Chris Burton served as best man.
Ushers were Justin Miller, brother of the bride; Kevin Ingerson and Daniel McPheeters.
Ian McDowall, cousin of the bride, was the ring bearer.
The wedding reception was held at Rose Hill Manor in Leesburg, Va.
The rehearsal dinner was held at River Creek Country Club, Leesburg.
The couple took a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
They reside in Alexan-dria, Va.
Mrs. Tilley is a 2003 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and a 2007 graduate of Lock Haven University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration.
She is a CPA and audit supervisor at Dixon Hughes Goodman, LLP, in Tysons, Va.
Mr. Tilley is a 2003 graduate of Woodbridge High School and a graduate of Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Va., with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
He is an assistant supervisor at Sigal Construction Inc. in Arlington, Va.
