Lori Kissell and Douglas Fetter were united in marriage at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 21 at Altoona Full Gospel Church, Altoona.
The bride is the daughter of Walt and Penny Kissell of Altoona.
The bridegroom is the son of Ed and Nancy Fetter of Altoona.
Pastor Joseph Kelly performed the double-ring ceremony.
The soloist was Denise Stewart.
Music was provided by Courtney Stewart.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Walt Kissell.
Christy Kissell, sister of the bride was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were: Jaime Smith, Jamie Fetter, Jocelyn Fetter, Heather McConnell, Suzette Logan, Stephanie Barr, Susanne Orr, and Lisa Miller.
Riley Kissell and Skylar Kissell, nieces of the bride, Maliyah Fetter, niece of the groom, and Alyza Orr, cousin of the groom, were flower girls
Marcus Hughes, cousin of the groom, served as best man.
Ushers were: Chuck Good, Rodney Watson, and Chris Orr.
Brayden Fetter and Dylan Fetter, sons of the groom, were ring bearers.
A wedding reception was held at the Duncansville Community Center.
Eric Hughes was the guest book attendant.
The rehearsal dinner was held at the Gourmet Buffet, Altoona.
The couple will be taking a wedding trip with the family at a later time.
They live in Altoona.
Mrs. Fetter is a 1996 graduate of Altoona Area High School.
She is employed by CW Catering, Altoona.
Mr. Fetter is a 1992 graduate of Altoona Area High School and Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center with a degree in carpentry.
He is employed by the Hollidaysburg Veterans Home.
