Dustin O. Claycomb, 30, Claysburg, went home to be with the Lord Monday along with his fiancee, Paige Musselman, as the result of a motor vehicle accident in Newry.
He was born in Roaring Spring, son of Donald B. "Flitch" Sr. and Vicki J. (Weyandt) Claycomb. He was formerly married to Karinn Sell.
Surviving are his parents of Claysburg; a daughter, Audreahanna Rain Whetstone of Manns Choice; three siblings: Sally Weyandt, Tabitha Weyandt and husband, Jim, and Donald "Flitchy" Claycomb and wife, Sara, all of Claysburg; seven nieces and nephews: Shane, Samantha, Jimmy and wife, Emily, Nick, Zack, Taylor and Indiana; a great-niece, Keeli; and his wiener dogs: Charlie and Ellie.
Dustin was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Claysburg, and supported missionary groups and evangelical and local church functions. He was the owner of Crown Jewels and Precious Metals with locations in East Freedom, Philipsburg, Tyrone and Bedford.
Friends will be received from noon until the 6 p.m. funeral service Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Claysburg, with his good friend and pastor, Erik Lingenfelter, officiating. Interment will be in Claysburg Union Cemetery.
