Anna Pauline Bulger, 86, Hollidaysburg, died Dec. 19, 2013, at the Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg.
She was born in Bedford County but grew up in East Freedom. She was the daughter of the late McCall and Wilma (Mowry) Hochard and was also raised by Blair and Janette Burkett. She married Donald A. Bulger in 1947 in Winchester, Va.
Surviving are her husband; four children: Melody, Chrystal and Douglas, all of Los Angeles, Calif., and Lynea of Cary, N.C.; and four grandchildren: Dillon, Logan, Katarina and China, all of Los Angeles.
Anna graduated from Roaring Spring High School and attended Zeth Business School in Altoona. She had been a member of the East Freedom Lutheran Church. She liked to play the piano and read, was interested in photography and enjoyed going shopping with her children, whom she loved to visit.
A private funeral service was held at the request of the family with interment at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery, Pastor Elizabeth Hess officiating.
