Anna Mae Beck, 90, Hollidaysburg, passed away Thursday evening at Valley View Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Williamsburg, daughter of Minerva Anderson. She married Clifford E. Beck on Dec. 5, 1940, in Frankstown, and he passed away June 2, 1997, after having shared 57 years of marriage.
Surviving are three daughters: Sharon Dryburgh (Denny), Kay Amheiser (Jim) and Kathy Barr (Dan); three sons Samuel (Katherine), Stanley (Margaret) and C. Wayne (Joann); a son-in-law, Sherman Link; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four daughters: Brenda Link, Joyce Aurandt and infant daughters Donna Jean and Elizabeth; a granddaughter, Tracy Link; and an infant grandson, Steven Beck.
Anna Mae retired from quality control at Fonda Group, Williamsburg. She was a member of Frankstown Park Missionary Church and a prayer warrior. She enjoyed her family, crossword puzzles and talking about the old days.
Friends will be received from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, followed by a 4 p.m. funeral service by Pastor Terry Farr. Interment will be at Royer Cemetery.
