The bride is the daughter of Peter and Karen Filan of Williamsburg.
The bridegroom is the son of Joseph Deaner of Tampa, Fla., and Joanne Deaner of Bel Air, Md.
The Rev. Joshua Bambino performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
Natasha Etzweiler was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Meghan Gamble and Leslie Hirsh-Reader.
Matt Hoch served as the best man.
Arjun Ravindra was the groomsman.
A wedding reception was held at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.
The rehearsal dinner was held at Harris Crab House, North Grasonville, Md.
The couple took a Mediterranean cruise from Rome.
They reside in Silver Spring, Md.
Mrs. Deaner is a 2000 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg; a 2004 graduate of Boston University with a degree in hospitality and communications; and a 2011 graduate of Boston University, Washington, D.C., campus, with a degree in web development.
She is the director of project management for Hodgson Consulting, Kensington, Md.
Mr. Deaner is a 1998 graduate of Fallston High School, Fallston, Md.; and a 2002 graduate of University of Maryland, College Park, Md., with a degree in computer science.
He is a software engineer in Washington, D.C.
