Gregory A. Daughenbaugh, 50, Duncansville, died Wednesday morning in Altoona as the result of a motor vehicle/motorcycle accident.
He was born in Altoona, son of the late Donald and Janet (Eger) Daughenbaugh. He married Pamela Fleming on April 16, 2005, in Altoona.
Surviving are his wife; his stepfather, Gary Gonder; a daughter, Haley at home; a brother, Jeff and wife, Lisa, of Garner, N.C.; two nieces: Kate Mortimer and Leigha Lamont; two nephews: Dane Lamont and Cross Jacobs; and a great-nephew, Jude Mortimer.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Judith A. Lamont, in 2012; and a brother, Brian, in 1973.
Gregory was a 1982 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area Senior High School and a 1984 graduate of Williamsport Area Community College. He was employed as the supervisory gang leader at Norfolk Southern, Juniata Locomotive Shop. He enjoyed his family, camping, his dogs and riding his motorcycle.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, at Sorge Funeral Home Inc., Hollidaysburg, by Pastor Kathy Colebank.
