Betty Lou (Kuncelman) Sheeley, 77, Pensacola, Fla., died Wednesday.
She was born in Colver, daughter of the late Olin and Edith Kuncelman.
Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Jon F. Sheeley; three children: Sean, Courtney and Shannon, all in Florida; two sisters: Jeanne Pierre Switzler of Marquette, Mich., and Irene Kuncelman of Duncansville; and a brother, James Kuncelman of Colver.
Betty Lou was a 1956 graduate of Shadyside Hospital Nursing Program in Pittsburgh. She worked in Charlottesville, Va., and then West Palm Beach, Fla. She was then employed for 32 years at the U.S. Naval Air Station Hospital in Pensacola, Fla., then for 14 years at Sacred Heart Hospital, Pensacola.
Betty Lou was a passionate quilter and needlecrafter. She passed her love of this to her daughter, Shannon.
Arrangements are by National Cremation and Burial Society, Milton, Fla., with a memorial Mass to be held at Sacred Heart Chapel.
