Ralph Osmond Albright Jr., 85, Keyser, W.Va., passed away Jan. 5, 2013, at Frostburg Village Nursing Home, Frostburg, Md.
He was born in Roaring Spring, son of the late Ralph O. Sr. and Elda (Heuston) Albright.
Surviving are two daughters: Tracy Levine and husband, Mark, of Battle Ground, Wash., and Tamela Rankin and husband, David, of Keyser, W.Va.; six grandchildren: Noah and Melissa Levine of Vancouver, Wash., Carly Levine of Portland, Ore., and Andrew, Ian and Katheryn Rankin of Keyser; a sister, Dorla Rutter and husband, Harold, of Fort Mill, S.C.; and a special friend, Olivia Brockwell of St. Simons Island, Ga.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys; and a son, Ralph III.
Ralph retired from the City of Petersburg, Va., as the assistant city engineer. He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Parish and attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Cumberland, Md. He volunteered with the Robert E. Lee Boy Scout Council.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2013, at Faith Lutheran Parish in Prince George, Va., Pastor David Barnes officiating. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013, at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
