CRESSON - Local police are continuing to look for a man at whose home they found a large quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
On Wednesday, members of the Cambria County Sheriff's Department went to the John Risban residence at 316 Laurel Ave. looking for a man wanted on a warrant.
The deputies were invited inside and observed several pieces of drug paraphernalia and immediately notified the Cresson Borough Police, according to a press release on the police department's Facebook page.
The police then obtained a search warrant for the residence and a large amount of drug paraphernalia was seized along with several firearms.
Approximately 53 suspected marijuana plants and an undisclosed amount of marijuana seeds were also confiscated.
During the investigation, Joseph Frazier, 39, Duncansville, the man wanted on a warrant; Randy Lee, 42, Ashville, and Meagan Alexander, 26, Mineral Point, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
Chelsea Lee, 20, Altoona, was charged with disorderly conduct.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Risban, 37, who had been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, several counts of possession of a controlled substance, several counts of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
