Athlete of the week achievement: Over won the triple jump with a leap of 44 feet, 9.5 inches and the long jump with a 21-7.25 at the District 5 Class AA Track and Field Championships. He also placed second in the 110-meter hurdles.
Season update: Over is seeded fourth in the triple jump for this weekend's PIAA Track and Field Championships in Shippensburg and will also compete in the long jump.
