Caleb Pepperday fired a complete-game one-hitter with eight strikeouts to help Philipsburg-Osceola improve to 4-12 with a 4-1 win over Altoona in high school baseball Thursday at Mansion Park.

Tanner Lamb had two hits for P-O, and Taylor Golemboski drove in two runs. Colby Fink had Altoona's lone hit and RBI.
