I am writing in support of Wade Kagarise for judge.
Only Wade Kagarise has had regular, ongoing experience as a lawyer in the Court of Common Pleas. He has served as an assistant district attorney for many years and also has maintained a private civil law practice.
Fred Miller works as a magistrate and does not regularly appear as a lawyer before the Court of Common Pleas.
Dave Andrews has primarily represented school districts and performed labor law, neither of which require regular work before the Court of Common Pleas.
Of all three candidates, Kagarise has the most experience in the court in which he seeks to serve as judge. Please remember this when casting your vote.
