Bernard F. Eckenrod Jr., 59, Cresson, formerly of Lilly, died Monday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Bernard F. Sr. and Bondena (Krumenaker) Eckenrod. Surviving are his wife, Gloria (Leffler); a son, Robert of Collegeville; three grandchildren; and four siblings: Raymond in New Jersey, Phillip of Williamsport, Mary Moore of Altoona and Teresa Chatham of Plymouth Meeting. He was preceded in death by a brother, William. Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Thomas F. Cloherty Funeral Home, Lilly, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 23, 2013.
