Blair County commissioners voted 2-1 this morning to sell Valley View Home to Reliant Senior Care of Philadelphia for $16.5 million.
The soccer fields are excluded from the sale.
Voting against the sale was Commissioner Ted Beam Jr.
Work will now begin on a legal agreement for the deed transfer.
Valley View employees who were present at the commissioners meeting left in tears after the vote.
