Iva M. Cronauer, 86, Ashville, died Thursday.
She was born in Ashville, daughter of the late Vincent C. and Winifred (Fogle) Beiswenger.
Surviving are two daughters: Linda Hudkins (Jerry) of Ashville RD and Twila Nagle (Arnie) of Ashville; four grandchildren: Jeremy Hudkins (Amy Philips), April Cocho (Mike), Christian Nagle (Natasha Pittman) and Ian Nagle; and five great-grandchildren: Jackson Xavier and Jude Lincoln Hudkins, Zachary Michael and Madison Marie Cocho and Sienna Nagle.
She is also survived by Erdie "Doll" Illig and family, a "sister" of Iva; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, on Jan. 31, 1980; an infant daughter, Theresa Marie; a sister, Alberta Wills; and two brothers, Cletus and Raymond.
Iva was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Ashville, and she enjoyed her cats and cooking.
Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Gibbons Funeral Home, Ashville, where a vigil service will be held. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2013, at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Ashville, the Rev. Donald Boslett as celebrant. Committal will be at St. Thomas Cemetery, Ashville.
