He possesses a proven track record of being fair yet tough on those who have broken the law. Judge Miller has shown he can and will make the difficult decisions based on the law, not personal interest or public opinion, and will apply the law impartially.
Judge Miller's understanding of the law is evidenced by his Pennsylvania Supreme Court appointment to the statewide Minor Judiciary Education Board and his role as a civil law and crimes code instructor at Penn State's statewide Deputy Sheriff's Academy.
