Owen E. College, 69, Osterburg, died Sunday. He was born in Spring Hope, son of Andrew J. and Julia (Smith) College. Surviving are his wife, Donna L. (Hengst); two children: Richard E. of Osterburg and Kimberly D. Monroe of Ridgeley, W.Va.; four grandchildren; and five siblings: Eldon, Mary Anna Beckwith, Warren A., Donald E., and Hilda Sutton. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home Inc., Quaker Valley Road, Pleasantville, and 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Osterburg.
