I am writing in support of Wade Kagarise for Blair County judge.
I am writing this letter because of a particular instance in which I experienced his dedication first hand. In 2011, I, along with several Blair County real estate agents, was the victim of a stalker. I was a subject of the worst of the harassment because I learned that the stalker followed me in public and later called and told me what I was wearing.
Chief Deputy District Attorney Kagarise handled the case with the utmost concern for the victims. He kept us all informed on the status of the case and patiently listened as we expressed our feelings.
Because of him, the stalker now resides in state prison and all of us hurt by him feel safer. This is the kind of experience and dedication I want in our county judges.
