Jessica Dente of Hollidaysburg and Nathan Rossman of Altoona are engaged to be married.
Miss Dente is the daughter of Patrick and Carla (Dente) Firment of Hollidaysburg and the late Dr. Jeffry F. Dente.
She is a 2008 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School, Altoona, and a 2012 honors graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a bachelor's degree in biology. She is attending the University of the Incarnate Word, Rosenberry School of Optometry, San Antonio.

Mr. Rossman is the son of Brian and Terri Rossman of Altoona.
He is a 2009 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in secondary education earth and space science and general science with a minor in geology at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
A June 22 wedding is being planned at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg.
