BOSWELL - Portage clinched the WestPAC North title with a 46-28 win at North Star Monday night in high school girls basketball action.
The win puts the Lady Mustangs in the league championship Saturday at UPJ against Berlin Brothersvalley at 6 p.m.
It will be Portage's first-ever trip to the league championship in girls basketball.
Olivia McCabe led Portage (19-2) with 13 points, 10 blocks, nine boards and four steals to go with 12 points, seven assists and six steals from Emily Chobany. Teammate Paisley Zatek added five assists and five steals.
