Michael Patrick Adams, 72, Toney, Ala., formerly of Altoona, passed away Monday.
Surviving are 12 children: Paula Kay Lopez and husband, David, Lloyd, Douglas, David, James, Kim, Dale and wife, Lagatha, Lonnie, Denver, Rhonda, Vickie and Lisa; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lois Mary McGee.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally J. Adams.
Michael was a U.S. Army Airborne veteran. He was formerly employed by the U.S. Postal Service and was a member of the VFW and United States Parachute Association. He was a master skydiver, and he enjoyed riding motorcycles.
