Nichole Lynn Massaro and Michael Anthony Glunt were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Aug. 11 in an outdoor ceremony at Diamond Lane Farm and Carriage, Roaring Spring.
The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Sharon Massaro of Altoona.
The bridegroom is the son of Todd and Holly Glunt of Roaring Spring and LeAnn and David Salomone of Florida.
Pastor George Snyder and Roaring Spring Mayor Ronald Glunt, grandfather of the groom, performed the ceremony.
Mary Lauver was harpist.
Darlene Thomas played the keyboard, and Bonnie Bouch and Jamie Petrunak were soloists.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Lara Rudella was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Janee Wilson, Chelsea Salome and Melissa English. Junior bridesmaids were Jilian Smith and Kaylee Smith, cousins of the bride.
Abby Glunt, sister of the groom, was flower girl.
Ryan Patterson served as best man.
Groomsmen were Josh Barnhart; Paolo Grippi; Todd Glunt, father of the groom; Matt Massaro, brother of the bride; and Khody Detwiler.
Milo Kingsley Glunt, the couple's King Charles spaniel, was ring bearer.
The reception and the rehearsal dinner were held at Diamond Lane.
The couple took a wedding trip to Grenada and St. Lucia.
They live in Lansdale.
Mrs. Glunt is a 2006 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a 2010 graduate of the practical nursing program at the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center.
She is a licensed practical nurse at an assisted living facility in Audubon and a pediatric private duty nurse in Quakertown.
Mr. Glunt is a 2004 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg, and a 2008 graduate of Penn State Altoona with a degree in business.
He is an operations supervisor at the Social Security Administration, Philadelphia.
