MARION CENTER - Hollidaysburg's Mace Long broke the pool record in the 100-yard butterfly, finishing with a time of 53.62, and also won the 200 freestyle as the Golden Tigers stayed unbeaten with a 135-20 pounding of Marion Center in high school boys swimming on Wednesday.
Altoona's Adam Smearman held the previous pool record with a time of 54.08 in 2002. Hollidaysburg's Colter Long won the 100 freestyle and 100 backstroke.
On the girls side, Hollidaysburg breezed to a 118-41 win behind Marie Gorman, who won the 100 freestyle and 200 freestyle.
