Betsy R. Neely, 74, Taylor Apartments, Altoona, died unexpectedly Sunday morning, Feb. 3, 2013, at her residence. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Jones Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. A complete obituary will appear in Wednesday's Mirror.
