Ralph W. Ray Jr., 71, Altoona, died Saturday. He was born in Altoona, son of Ralph W. Sr. and Nettie Jane (Marlin) Ray. Surviving are five children: Kimberly Walter of East Freedom, Kenneth of Ponca City, Okla., Kathy Aebischer of Midlothian, Va., Michael of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Dusty of Hollidaysburg; seven grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and four siblings: Wilda Heiss, Dot Ray, Linda Ridenour and Duane. He was preceded in death by two brothers. Ralph was a U.S. Air Force veteran. There will be no viewing, and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Miller Funeral Home, East Freedom.
