Samantha Brumbaugh of Roaring Spring and Nicholas Davis of Bellwood are engaged to be married.
Miss Brumbaugh is the daughter of Greg and Patty Brumbaugh of Roaring Spring.
She is a 2007 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg and a 2011 graduate, with high distinction, of Penn State University, University Park, with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
