Miss Runkle is the daughter of Brad and Patty Runkle of Duncansville.
She is a 2006 graduate of Pennsylvania Homeschool Accreditation Association, a 2007 graduate of Altoona Beauty School with a degree in cosmetology and a 2012 graduate with an esthetician license.
